Salmon


I am getting better at baking salmon:
-preheat oven at 375F
-about 1LB of salmon filet,
-season with salt, Mr. Dash grilling blend and vinegar
-bake skin side down 25 min. on middle rack
-turn around and broil for 2 min.
If it comes out too dry, I like to add tiny bit of soy source or teriyaki source.
